Physical Therapy
Our Physical Therapists work primarily in our AltaMed PACE centers, assisting senior patients with mobility and injury recovery.
Imaging
Our Radiology Technicians partner with Doctors and Nurses to administer precise examinations while keeping patients safe and comfortable.
Pharmacy
With 10 clinic-based pharmacies, our Pharmacy Team educates and assists in every aspect of our patients’ prescription plans.
Behavioral Health
Our Behavioral Health professionals offer short-term therapy in both English and Spanish to help patients overcome any obstacle.
Dietitians
Certified experts in diet and nutrition work closely with patients and families, first to educate, then to implement nutrition plans to help them grow healthy.
Medical Assistants
Medical Assistants welcome and attend to the needs of our patients while creating a positive experience by managing expectations and treating all with compassion and respect.
AltaMed PACE
We believe people can grow healthy at any age. It’s why we provide services that address physical and mental well-being of seniors through our Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly, or PACE.
